Top 10 Waterparks of Ukraine

One of the most favorite places of rest for tourists and townspeople is the water park. Even in the 90s, in order to get to the water park, Ukrainians had to go abroad. The first water park in Ukraine appeared in 2001 in Simeiz. Now there are water parks in many cities of our country, and some of them break European records. We created the first rating of water parks in Ukraine in June 2014. During this time, a lot has changed in our country. Due to Russian aggression, some of the water parks ended up in the occupied territory. So, we bring to your attention the updated rating of the 10 best water parks in Ukraine as of March 2024:

1. Odesa (Odesa)

The water park was opened in 2013.

Features:

There is an artificial river with a constant current of 5 km/h. Its length is 500 meters.
In the water park there is a public entertainment – peeling with fish spa.
There is a special huge children’s aqua park, the largest in the south of the country, for children.
The only wave pool in Ukraine.
The water park is equipped with 27 water attractions, each of which has several levels of difficulty, 6 swimming pools, a game and beach complex.

2. 7 Ocean (Khmelnytskyi)

Aquapark “7 Ocean” in Khmelnytskyi has been operating since 2015. This is the largest indoor water park in Western Ueraina, which has a total area of 20,000 square meters, of which 6,000 square meters is occupied by the aqua zone.

3. Jungle (Kharkiv)

Waterpark in Kharkiv has interior which stylized to tropical South America, and made it really very believable and qualitatively. The decor has waterfalls, streams, pyramids, tropical vegetation. Even the climate control system precisely recreates the atmosphere of the tropics.

4. Orbita (Koblevo)

Famous Black Sea resort Koblevo is situated 40 km from Odessa and 70 km from Nikolaev. Koblevo is known not only for beaches and fine quality wine: in summer 2007 one of the largest water parks in Ukraine – Waterpark “Koblevo” was opened…

5. Chornomorka (Ochakiv)

Poseidon wanted to combine into one fun rides and attractions with the romance of water expanses. And lo! The unique beauty of nature, the excellent service, the lapping waves and unforgettable – it’s all available for the entire summer in the water park “Attica”. Waterpark “Attica” in Ochakiv designed in Greek style. Landscape design and architecture inspired by the myths of ancient Greece. Waterpark can take up to 700 people at a time.

7. Alligator (Ternopil)

“Alligator” is an indoor water park in the city of Ternopil, is part of the hotel entertainment and recreation complex “Alligator”. Aquapark “Limpopo” has an area of more than 4000 sq.m and is able to simultaneously accommodate about 400 visitors. Definitely it’s one of the best places in western Ukraine for water recreation and entertainment …

8. The Beach – Plyazh (Lviv)

Indoor Waterpark “The Beach” in Lviv is one of the largest complexes of its kind in Ukraine. Works since August 2008. The Waterpark created on the basis of water sports Complex, built in 1985. Waterpark “The Beach” combines entertainment, sports and recreation.

9. Glukhoman’ (Poltava)

10. Korolivska Bochka (Zhytomyr)

The water area of the park is open at any time of the year for children and adults who want to swim, create a real holiday, recharge their batteries or just relax from their daily routine.
