4. Performance Bonus (Optional)
This is not a commission.
A limited, pre-agreed bonus applies only when specific milestones or quality indicators are met — for example:
– approval of a strategic document
– completion of a complex multi-stage application
– workload significantly beyond the agreed scope
5. Project Implementation (Sub-Project Model)
If your donor-funded program includes multiple components, I can lead a specialized sub-project as an Implementation Partner. This may include sustainability, tourism development, capacity building, education modules, or other thematic areas (e.g., Sustainable Tourism Lab within the Green Futures Corridor).
You get:
– a ready-to-implement component with clear outputs
– full planning and delivery
– involvement of international experts if needed
– complete support: training, analytics, monitoring, reporting

A transparent, fixed budget allocated to the sub-project within your larger programme.
6. Regional Investment Blueprint
Turning regional potential into investment-ready opportunities.
A Regional Investment Blueprint identifies a small number of realistic investment opportunities and structures them into clear concepts that can be presented to investors and development partners. More information HERE.
