Fainin Advisory is a boutique advisory practice supporting governments, development programs, NGOs, and private-sector partners in designing and implementing high-impact initiatives.
Founded by Oleksandr Fainin, the practice builds on more than three decades of hands-on experience in business development, destination management, and international cooperation. Oleksandr previously served as Sector Lead at USAID project, worked as an International Adviser to the EBRD, and contributed expertise to programs of the European Commission.
Over the years, our work has focused on destination development, tourism and hospitality projects, strategic advisory, and the design and implementation of complex initiatives involving governments, municipalities, and international partners.
