🌟 Project Overview
Commissioned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Ukrainian Tourism Development Roadmap (2019–2031) was a comprehensive initiative aimed at formulating a strategic plan to enhance Ukraine’s tourism sector. Collaborating with the Croatian firm HR Consulting, the project involved a six-month intensive analysis of the current state of tourism in Ukraine.
Key activities included:
Conducting extensive marketing and sociological research
Organizing meetings and interviews with over 300 top specialists in tourism and hospitality
Assessing existing tourism infrastructure and services
Identifying opportunities for sustainable and regenerative tourism development
The culmination of this work was the creation of the Ukrainian Tourism Development Roadmap 2019–2031, outlining strategic objectives and actions to propel the nation’s tourism industry forward.
