September 28 at Berestivets village, which is a part of the Palanska United Territorial Community, held a public discussion on the use of community land. The event was held under the USAID and the Ukrainian Agrarian Council patronage. UAC chairman, the member of the Board of Trustees of the Uman Tomorrow Foundation Andriy Dykun, in his congratulatory speech, emphasized the need for the latest technologies implementation in the development of the UTC, which, in his conviction, will make the members of the community prosperous and independent of many external factors.

Oleksandr Fainin, the chairman of the West Cherkaschyna Tourism and Hospitality Association, presented a program for the development of the tourist infrastructure of the territory belonging to the Palanska community. In particular, at the discretion of the participants was submitted a project for the construction of an eco-hotel for 68 beds, the Center for festivals and congresses, the creation of green tourism manors, as well as a proposal for the development of crafts. The total amount of the project is about $ 3.5 million.

Also Olena Yaroshynska, head of the Ukrainian agrarian lyceum, presented her own educational development project on behalf of the partner of the Uman Tomorrow Foundation – Svit Osvit Center.
